A few Hong Kong friends of mine told me when I'm around Mongkok area, I have to try the Suckling Pig from Tai Hing. It will be sold out before lunch time. Since I'm in Gold Fish Street (Tung Choi Street), Mong Kok, why not I give it a try.

The skin of suckling pig is crispy and the pork is fresh. Yummy.

When you are in Gold Fish Street, why dont you give it a try. It is a little expensive but it is worth it ^_^
Tai Hing Roast Restaurant has a lot of branches around Hong Kong. After I tried 3 branches, I still prefer the Gold Fish Street, Mongkok Branch.
