Australia Dairy Company is well known for its scrambled eggs and egg custards. It is a must-go destination when you are at Jordan or Kowloon.
Australia Dairy Company, Jordan
The environment and its pace in the restaurant are fast. My friend and I had to share our table with others. The table is really small but could fit 4 persons.
The waiters are very efficient.
Menu in Chinese Character
I can't read in Chinese that why I had to rely on my friend to translate. The waiter could really speak fast when I ask him what the restaurant specialty is in Cantonese.

Set Menu
Scramble Eggs Sandwiched
Fluffy moist scramble eggs sandwiched between two thick and fluffy bread.
The scramble eggs are perfectly seasoned and I think there is a hint of cheese. Yummy ^_^

Wanton Noodle is a must have in Hong Kong. You could find it almost every corner in Hong Kong. I get to know Mak Mun Kee is well known for its wanton noodles in Jordon, Kowloon.
Wanton Noodle
It is so chewy because the noodle is handmade. The soup has hint of seafood stock in it. The combination of both is magical.

Wanton (Dumpling)
The wanton is packed with fresh prawn and its skin is thin. Thinking it right now makes mouth watery.

Braised Pork Leg with Nam Yee (a type of fermented bean curd) Noodle
Loves the taste of Nam Yee. The Braised Pork Leg is tender and cooked to perfection.

A few Hong Kong friends of mine told me when I'm around Mongkok area, I have to try the Suckling Pig from Tai Hing. It will be sold out before lunch time. Since I'm in Gold Fish Street (Tung Choi Street), Mong Kok, why not I give it a try.

When I walk around Tsim Sha Tsui, I found this cute little cafe called Charlie Brown Cafe. Since, I dont have enough time to visit Snoopy's World in 3rd floor (Phase 1) of the New Town Plaza, Sha Tin, here is another alternative.
I saw this sign when I was walking along the Cameron Road.
The Cakes are decorated with Snoopy and Friends Character.
Beside the counter there is a huge Snoopy for Sale.
I nearly brought it home :P

Today I came across some photographs of Grieving barn swallow from Wilson Hsu and also from Jo's Blog.
1. A female barn swallow is injured and the condition is fatal. She was hit by a car as she swooped low across the road.
2. Her mate brought her food and attended to her with love and compassion.
3. He brought her food again but was shocked to find her dead. He tried to move her ... a rarely-seen effort for swallows.
4. He stood beside her, saddened of her death.
5. Finally aware that she would never return to him, he stood beside her body with sadness and sorrow. Barn swallows mate for life.
6. He stands vigil to his lost companion
All living creatures do have feeling. Please respect them too ^_^
Today Mood: thoughtful
